ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC
The Grape varietal of this wine is 100% Sangiovese Grosso; is fermented and refined in stainless steel and glass concrete vats with temperature controlled through cooling plates and jackets and is aged roughly 12 months in 20-85 Hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Rosso di Montalcino fruit-forward, spicy and floral. Red berry fruits notes are enriched by slight floral and spicy hints.Warm, soft on the palate with great structure and round tannins.

“ATEO” SANT’ANTIMO ROSSO DOC
In 1989, a difficult year that fell in between two excellent vintages, we created a wine named ATEO (meaning “atheist”) as a consequence of our decision not to produce Brunello in less than ideal vintages. This decision coincided with the first harvests from our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vineyards. While it came into existence as a provocation, Ateo is now an estate classic with a long fermentation and ageing in small French and American oak barriques.
The Grape varietal of this wine are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese.
Ateo is herbal, spicy, and fruit-forward. Very well structured, full body, quite soft and balanced with pronounced tannins. A wine with a great personality and long aftertaste.

“FABIVS” SANT’ANTIMO ROSSO DOC
This wine is dedicated to Fabivs de’ Vecchis, bishop of Montalcino, who in 1672 built the Palazzo which houses the estate’s headquarters and historic cellar.
The Grape varietal of this wine is 100% Syrah.
The French vines were planted in the “del Conte” vineyard where there is an excellent terroir and microclimate that are particularly suited to this varietal.

MONTECUCCO SANGIOVESE D.O.C.
The estate has vineyards and a new cellar near Montenero (Grosseto province), in the designated area for the production of Montecucco DOC. The 2003, first vintage made, has immediately achieved a great success.
11,38 hectares (28,12 acres) planted on land that dates from Pliocene Cretaceous period. Medium grain soil with good drainage alternated with layers of chalky clay at an altitude that ranges from160 to 250 metres above sea level.
The Grape varietal of this wine is minimum 85% Sangiovese.
